THIS IS MAGIC ! I though custom-0 was the best compilation for me, but this has done miracle !!
I looped to infinity and listen for like an hour maybe i don't know, i feel so free right now !
Its all about allowing, freud also said that problems come from unfelt emotions, they just kinda don't have the tools to deal
with this properly most of the time, so therapy is many years not few minutes or hours

no more eating myself to death
no more hating grandma or aunt
